End of Year approching :)

Hello There,

I am sorry I been absent for so long but been so busy here and there, and now the end of the year is approaching so quickly amazing, but I hope I can be doing one card at least every 2 weeks and share with all of you ๐Ÿ™‚

My darling husband is trying to make me a little room so I can do all my paper craft projects in peace so I can’t wait for that to be finish and hopefully I will be able to do more cards ๐Ÿ˜‰

Well I got two cards to share with you the papers that I had use are from the Heartfelt Creations Paper pads.

I did some shadowing around the frame of this first card and cut the middle frame and glue the outer frame just flat in the card panel and used some dimensional foam to raise up the middle frame and added a gold ribbon around and in the corner added a poinsettia from Heartfelt Creations Sparkling poinsettia stamp and die set and added some sickles to the poinsettia.

The other card is also from the Heartfeltย  Creations paper pad but this time I have cut the middle part and mounted on a circle. I went to a card class not long a go and the lady did this layout and I did like it so the idea has come from her ๐Ÿ˜‰ especially I wanted to use the mini calendars for this card so the layout is great.

I used some gem stone from couture creations 2mm to decorate around the circle.

Lawn Fawn Into the woods stamp and die set

Hello,

I just completed this card with one of the Lawn Fawn set Into the woods.

I decided to use the starry back drops stamp to embossed on the background with silver embossing powder.

I used my Kaiserfusion to colour the little critters.

I also decided to put on of the lovely critters inside the card, no bad.

Used some foam tape to give some dimension to the whole panel and the little critters.

I added some small rhinestones, and twine as an embellishments.

Wild Rose Studio

Hello there,
Well I have to said time is flying, but here it is a quick card I had made, this is a gate fold card, I am sorry but the measurements are in centimeters, the length is 28 cms by 14 cms the fold is done at 7 cms.

Like you know I got my small beautiful online shop, but to be honest I have not used all the products I am selling, so I decide to use some of the Wild Rose Studio paper and dies, and I have to say they are beautiful and the cut from the dies are so beautiful and precise, I usually need to use the metal plate for some of the Sizzix and Spellbinder dies but not for the Wild Rose Studio die.

Oval Frame

I matted the gate fold card with the core’dinations color core Cardstock from Couture Creations, after I used the Bluebell paper pack to make the panel. I used the Oval Frame die and the Kaisercraft nesting oval dies to cut in the middle of the Wild Rose Studio die.

I used the Hero Arts Dye Inks 4 Color Cubes WHITE PASTEL to add some soft colour to the frame.

Since I wanted to be able to move Bluebell the name of little dear, instead of gluing I used a purple round brad that matched up the basket with flowers and in the middle of the bow I inserted the brad so Bluebell can move when open and closing the card.

This is the final product hope you like it.

Hello there,

Hello sorry if you visit my blog I been so busy, no time to even think, but I am here now.

Ok remember the embossing panel that I show you last time well this is the final product.

Ok the base card I used Coconut card stock from KaiserCraft, I use a orange layer and the embossed cream layer with the scallop round die cut.

I used the Pa-rum-pa-pum-pum lawn fawn stamp set, I think is was released for a Christmas theme, but I think it makes babies and toddlers cards is a fabulous set.

I colour the teddy, rocking horse and present with Kaiserfusion makers, I am sorry I keep forgetting to write the colours I used.
Since this set does not have any coordinated dies I fussy cut them and to give them some dimension I used some foam tape.

I also use a new die released by Couture creations really beautiful is called Elissa set from Frames N Frills collection.

I used some Silver rhinestones from Kaisercraft for the center of the flowers to give it some bling to the card. At the end I was going to leave it with out the ribbon but it seem like missing something so I put a piece of aquamarine grosgrain ribbon and it looked much better I believe so.

So this it, the final card.

Hello there,

Okay, here it is one of the panels that I embossed and die cut the little window in the middle, remember:

Alright, this is the final result, I put a red layer of Kaisercraft card-stock on top of the white base card-stock, after I mounted the cream colour embossed panel with some Kaisercraft foam tape to add some dimension and in the middle of the square window I used a sentiment from Kaisercraftย  “oh so lovely collectables ” collection.

After I added some rhinestones on top of the dots of the embossing panel, the rhinestones are from Couture Creations yellow and red colours.

This is how it looks:

I have to said is really simple but I do like it, what do you think?

Well leave you comment, and thank you for coming and hope you come back again.

Embossing folders

Hello there,

Ok I was looking at my embossing folders since the picture I posted in facebook making cards with embossing folders, remember.

Project to try found on Pinterest

Ok now I was going through my stash of embossing folder, and I found these ones to be honest I have never used this ones, so took them out and start thinking what to do with them, these are the embossing folders they got like a little window in the middle that is what I call them.

IMG_3642

Now, what I did I embossed the card stock first, but i think next time I going to die cut the card stock first and after emboss. I have a set of squares dies from Kaisercraft and the set of nesting scallops circles from Kaisercraft too, and I have to said for my liking they fit perfectly no complaints.

I know the reason I am saying I embossed after, is because the embossing flattened a bit when you do the die cutting, but what I did after was I embossed again put the panel in the embossing folder and passed through my big shot again and I was okay no tears that was good.

So go and get your embossing folders and used them to the fullest.

I would post later what I ended up doing with this panels, for now cya later,
